  The place has a few stores only and would say incomplete. But they do have a grocery and good restaurants.

  Clean. Several restaurants - Chinese/Taiwanese cuisine. Expensive gym. Decent supermarket. Lots of parking space.

  Not enough establishments to almost I thought the mall is not functional. Good thing there is supermarket. There's parking. Some escalators are not working. Not much food choices. The place needs development.

  Ample parking spaces. And you get FREE parking fee if you spend P300 worth of items/food in any of the stores. Make sure to have your parking ticket validated.
