  I was here for a seminar. It was a good experienced to be here. The room is fully airconditioned with very large tv screen. Functional shower and toilet. The conference rooms has a good ambiance for private conferences or gatherings.

  I have stayed here a day before my wedding and booked through Zen Rooms.... Customer Service (Zen Rooms) - 5/5 i had spoken with a local agent and a foreign agent and they were both accommodating and respectful Receptionists (West Avenue Suites) - 5/5 i had spoken with 2 receptionists in different schedule and they were both accommodating and respectful Breakfast (West Avenue Suites) - 3/5 not that delicious and we have ordered for coffee and waited for nothing, our coffee never arrived. Room (West Avenue Suites) - 5/5 it was clean and no cockroaches were found

  Good for couples and families. The hotel is pretty new and the facilities are good for the price. I posted a review about it on iamissa dot com.

  Place is easy to spot, and has a view of both SM North and Trinoma which is pretty cool. But facilities were incomplete (TV is not functional, no pool), food served is distinctly average, and no coffee or tea included in the room. Bed and comforter is good though, so you can sleep comfortably. Staff seemed to be nice and accommodating.
