The staff are friendly and remarkably generous with salt and beef fat in your tapsilog. Everything in their menu is affordable. Their beer is the cheapest in Malate area. Probably the cheapest on Earth! At 260 pesos for six 500mL bottles, you could treat all your friends and still have spare for your funeral the next day.
