  This company doesn't even deserve a single star! It's POORLY MANAGED! The service is INHUMANE. There were NO APPROPRIATE SEATS given, NO PROPER VENTILATION inside the waiting area or should I say "abandoned office space". There was only a single large fan and one air cooler trying to accommodate an estimate of a hundred applicants. The extension cord provided was not even working and it took them more than an hour to fix it. I nearly collapsed due to the lack of oxygen and too much heat inside the room. People were exhausted, panting, sweating and gasping for the smallest amount of air available. Also, SETTING AN APPOINTMENT is a COMPLETE RUBBISH. Appointments at 3:15 pm? They'll cater you by 7 pm. I hope you consider these thousands of filipinos in all sorts of profession and/or work type waiting in line for more than 5 hours just for a 5 minute application. WHAT DO YOU THINK SHOULD YOU DO TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM???? INCREASE YOUR COUNTERS AND STAFF. I couldn't believe seeing only 3 cashier counters and 6 biometric rooms available to cater thousands of people! Yallah do the math.

  I had a very sad and bad experienced while I was processing my visa. For walk-in applicants which is you pay more than waiting for your turn or your number to be called. Pero paying more was not really the problem it’s the system of VFs tasheel itself, security employees, lack of communication and lack of people working at the Lounge. I’m sorry Saudi, your office is sucks! It looks fancy from inside but it’s very poor and bad service inside. I have the long list with me about What I noticed while I was there. I hope our Government and the Saudi embassy will fix this to provide a better service and yet worth for what people are paying. And before hiring security employees make sure they are Trained properly. Well behaved, dapat nasa Puso nila ang trabaho nila, can elevate any issues, can handle or élavate the security issues and please put more CCTV! (Especially at waiting area) And lastly don’t treat the applicants like a garbage or slaves! shame! Make sure- the reception is separated from vfs tasheel office so then people don’t get confused! And please please please put an information Desk outside before sending the applicants to anywhere to guide them and to help them at least to ease all the purpose needed of each applicants. IMPROVE YOUR AGENCY for a BETTER AND YET GOOD QUALITY SERVICES.

  i was there 6 months ago to make my visit visa the people working there they are very good mia mia services.
