  if you are not going to source parts from these shops for your car needs, dont go to this shop as they will not render service to your car for labor costs only... this should have been no problem if they would tell you beforehand... but what happen is, i go to these shop for diagnosing and supposed repair service... after the recommendation was made alot of problem was on the list and one of the main parts i want them to replace was not available and had a lead time of few weeks... so i ask if i can source from outside the said parts and they have actually allowed me, and when i have the parts and ask for appointment i was told that they have the policy of accommodating repair service only if parts is sourced out from them which they have not told you in the first place... pinagbayad nyo pa ako sa diagnosis nyo then hindi rin pala gagawin... what a waste of time...and take note their quotation for the parts i need is 3times the cost i paid outside for the same bnew genuine parts... parang casa mag-presyo... now it make sense why they want you to source needed parts from them... i would not recommend it to anyone... sorry.

  They took about 9am-4pm from my Saturday (take note, I booked an appointment prior) to have a basic diagnosis for my car. Actually, I think it was the repair "estimate" that took so long. Furthermore, some of my main concerns weren't addressed. Hindi daw kaya tapusin within the day (bec it was already 4pm) so they said I have to return. They also recommended to have tons of suspension parts replaced and they were expensive so I brought it to 2 more different mechanics, both of which only recommended the stabilizer link replaced. Does this mean they're wrong and the other two were right? I do not know. But after replacing just the stabilizer link, wala na yung issue. And I have to squeeze this checkup/repair for my other concerns on my weekdays (and I work during the business hours) bec I wasted my Saturday with them. Bottomline, I won't reccomend them to anyone I know.

  Nagpasched ka ng gagawin in advance.. but they claim they needed to get parts on the same day. From 9am-5pm for Minor PMS. Tas di pa nila naayos ung park light kailangan daw scan.. sa 8hrs hindi nagawa.. sinabi lng nila un nung nakikita ko car wash na sasakyan. Worse may hindi inexplain sa bill.. ung akala mo na 6k naging 9k. NEVER EVER! Nagsisi ako.. i am from makati pero dinayo ko to for the 2nd time kasi ok naman nung una.. tsk tsk ubos pagkatao at pasensya ko ngayong araw na to! Kung may negative rating lang! UPDATE JAN20: From a 1 star, they redeemed themselves. I went back and they completed the job. I did not ask for anything coz i am not a fan of freebies as compensation (id rather not be hassled to begin with), but they offered more than what was expected in many ways. They said fuses were burnt, although this wasnt mentioned last week.. so long as it was fixed. I offered to pay for the parts and bought spare fuses.. their business deserves it. In fairness i thought sure nako hindi babalik... i thought wrong. Mahirap mkahanap ng may high standard on cust svc... pre/post svc. Hopefully super isolated case lng last time.
