  Its a nice building, good experience here and friendly security guards, they'll greet you with a smile as you enter the building. So far so good :) if there's one thing that concerns me, it's the elevator. It is sometimes difficult to have a ride due to maintenance of other elevators and a lot of people using it.

  One of the oldest building in Makati. Elevator is small and usually full due to lots of seamen doing medical exams here. But you'll also find BPO companies here. Plus a gym is located at the top floor.

  Trafalgar Plaza is a PEZA accredited building. Most of the tenants are call center/ BPO. Clean and Secured.

  The lifts are a disaster - take the stairs, actually they have been renovated now and are much better since last year but the common restrooms are unpleasant and not well maintained, no paper or driers

  The building is clean..easy access to elevators. Guards were very courteous.
