::I have a brief review of my experience in this clinic so hang on: 1. Their telephone service is good, they answer the queries as quickly as possible. 2. The reception area is good and accommodating. Very wide and comfortable. The place doesn't have much people so it's a good place to wait. The place is also under full airconditioned making it really comfortable. However, the clinic is lacking a technological system for a better service like a queueing system, not just a piece of number in laminated card to call the patient manually. 3. As observed, the rooms are poorly systematized. Clinical rooms should be separated from diagnostic departments. For example, the Dermatology room is located at the receptions area whereas the Radiology department was located behind the waiting area in Nurse station, further away from the clinical rooms. 4. There is only one nurse on-duty for a shift during my visit and she seemed unhospitable for patients. The weighing scales are still manual, the scale for height is just a random pediatric scale attached on the wall. Checking of vitals can only be done for one patient, and it seems like they don't have a moveable BP monitoring device. Chief complaints, vital signs and charts are being written just at the back of your document paper, and that will serve as your clinical record in the clinic. 5. Upon the consultation room, the doctor is the one who calls the patient, instead of a queueing system. During consultation, surprisingly, the door is left unclosed and patients are just keep moving accross the corridor and people can see the physical exam being done and the things you've been talking with the doctor. I think it's something that deals with the privacy rights of the patient and it should be something the clinic have to deal about. 6. The stat for CBC with platelet is done and the availability of the result would be after three (3) hours-- making the word "stat" useless. 7. Results of the Chest Xray PA would be available after 48 hours which is "too long" for a simple diagnostic exam. 8. The waiting area lacks entertainment, a bit suffocating and unhospitable due to insufficiency of lights and people. Overall, I would only recommend this clinic for their "plus" as having CT scan, 4D echo and Mammography testing but rating it 2 stars of 5 for the service, cleanliness and overall system. PS. I spent an hour and a half in the clinic for just a complaint of 2 weeks unproductive cough only to prescribe me an OTC Ambroxol instead of an antibiotic medication by a GP.
