The barista's are very accomodating and friendly to customers. They waited patiently for me to choose my drink and happily reccomended me other drinks and their details. 😊 However, if you want to dine in you will wait until someone leaves. It depends on what time you arrive in the shop. Good ambiance.

When I visited the place, there was no hot drinks, except thr hot brewed coffee.

Oh, this place brings back memories. Used to be the favorite hangout/study spot for me and my blockmates living in nearby condos/dorms in our undergrad days (c. 2008-2011). It wasn't too great back then. The space was smaller and the entrance was open to allow smoking. They've refurbished the area since then and now the place looks gorgeous. It's a lot more spacious, and there seems to be WiFi now, too. The place can get crowded on weekdays.

Rarely crowded. All the staff are approachable, even the guards and janitors. Plenty of seats, great for big study sessions or even a solitary cup of coffee.

It's fun to eat the toppings of the Granola Dark Mocha Frappuccino like cereal. At first, I thought I couldn't bite some of the pieces but they turned out to be raisins. It's like Dark Mocha Frappuccino less the chocolate chips. I use my own Wi-Fi connection everytime I visit and it works best if you're closer to the entrance. Bring a sweater, shawl, or jacket. Thank me later because if you plan to stay long, you'll freeze, and hot drinks aren't enough. Share-type tables with high-chairs are at the back (near the restroom). This branch closes earlier than Torre Lorenzo. Pastries and sandwiches are wonderful partners for coffee or tea. The scent of chicken pesto is irresistible!
