  I usually go here for affordable milk tea and their selection of flavors are just right. Matcha is pretty good and lowering sugar content doesn't sacrifice taste that much. No dine-in space is available. Do check out the small eateries nearby since these are well-known among students, especially the ones at the back. There are kids lingering around the stretch of business establishments nearby asking for money. Sometimes I don't mind them but sometimes they just make things awkward when you really want to say no although nicely.
