  No doubt, the therapist assigned to us tonight was skillful - that's why it's a shame she lacks work ethics. Tired from a whole day's work and travel, I looked for a home service massage that offers prenatal massage. I booked Serenity immediately and looked forward to a relaxing evening. But at the middle of the massage, the therapist used only one hand sparringly because she was busy with the other hand texting. The experience went to a downward spiral instantly and I wasn't able to recover anymore from my disappointment. Work is work! Work all the time you work! We shouldn't expect any less as customers (who also work).
