::Dorming here since 2014 until time of writing (2017) Pros: - Adequate room space - Free monthly bathroom cleaning (bathroom only) - WiFi available (lounge only) - Canteen in lounge (50 peso meals) - Amicable staff - Water and electricity bill included in rent (you just pay the standard monthly rent, no bills anymore) - Went you choose the room for two, your bed is a standard double bed with your own cabinet while your roommate has her own bed and cabinet - Toilet, sink, shower, and faucet in bathroom - Unli use of A/C (but you have to pay the standard additional to the rent) Cons: - Every addition of appliances will warrant additional fees - Ironing is done in the lounge wherein the dorm will provide you with an iron - No A/C until you request for one, but this will mean an additional staple fee to the standard rent - Curfew at 10-11pm. Later than that will warrant a penalty fee (50php and amount increases the later hour you go home) - Wifi can be erratic at times due to number of people using it - Rooms can be a bit pricey ( roommate and I pay 5,900 each for a room for two. I pay additional 250php for unli use of electric fan and another 200php for the unli use of laptop) - Monthly inspections - Sleepovers aren't allowed - Women-only dorm
