  What Rakso is doing is ILLEGAL. Their agent September Ape refused to issue a receipt to my company even if I gave my company's TIN number and address. She insisted I need to submit my company's Certificate of Registration. My transaction with them was less than 600 pesos and I had to fight for my right to be issued a receipt to my company's name. They hesitated to give receipts even after I paid?! I also want to point out that I made a receipt request before I finalized anything with them. I spent the whole afternoon on the phone trying to get them to issue me a receipt! Why is the issuance of a receipt so complicated. I gave them ALL information they needed. WHAT RAKSO TRAVEL IS DOING IS ILLEGAL
