  I sent money through RD Cotabato City Branch 4. Then, I requested for a change of receiver on the next day. It was a hot day and I was not feeling well, so I asked an office intern to transact for me, and inquire about the change. I sent him my id, an the original form i signed to be filled out. He returned with the message that it is not possible as I have to go myself. My blood pressure was so high and it was so hot, but the manager lacked respect and humility. She was so patronizing, and arrogant. If they can do that to me, how much more for those who are dumb. They could have told the intern to bring back an authorization. I will never set foot in RD pawnshop again. My daughter already received her money, so I rest my case, but I will say that my experience was bad. As a frontline service provider, you should be customer friendly.
