  Wednesday June 6 frustrating experience I am usually easy going. I am based in Vietnam, my first time in Manila, in J.N. hotel. I exchanged on chat application with Bianca and agreed on the pricing in advance. Bianca called me in my hotel room short after at 22:00 and said that the only massage operator in my area was Charmaine and that it would take 45 min. for her to arrive. I prepared cash and put on cupboard at exit of my room, and 45 min. later the reception called that Ms. Charmaine was downstairs, I asked to send her up. She rang at door and indeed, it was Charmaine standing at the door. Her english was limited, I showed her the due payment on the exit cupboard, she installed the black leather linen on the bed and invited me to bathroom saying "no touch", which was clearly inviting me to a non sexual shower, both naked. A little cold. On the bed, she poured warm nuru liquid and proceeded to the massage, it was ok. After 40min. she said it was finished. I told her that I was surprised that nothing was following- up, she was asking for more money, even if I agreed in advance with Bianca for 70 USD and 500PHP. I told her it was ok for me to stop, but in this case, I had to report the experience back to Bianca. Trying to contact Bianca on chat while Charmaine was still here, not available. Later on, when Charmaine was long gone with money, Bianca told me that anything beyond the massage was between me and the massage operator. I tried the following days to contact twice Bianca about the frustrating experience, but it was useless and time- consuming discussing, Bianca dropping the conversation. Please someone explain me, what is the point of a nuru massage without happy ending? I advertised negatively with 2 of my friends that were eager to try the experience. I will definitely not recommend Nuru Massage Manila
