  I've always loved bookstores and this one doesn't disappoint. I've grown with this place and it only got better. We needed a book last year so we called and reserved copies. They accommodated us promptly and attended to us courteously and good-naturedly when we went to pick them up. This branch got bigger, made it more open, renovated it's interiors to invite the younger generation who are just starting to love the habit of learning. They have opened the place up for more and better choices, whether of books, of hobby or art materials, or of school supplies. I hope this place would become more techy and interactive in the future.

  Newly renovated and fancy. A fancy way to waste time and get lost because you can't find the things you're looking for! It's ridiculously huge with things common people don't need slapped in the center while common office and school supplies are scattered all over the place. I don't need 5-10 places to find pens! I just need all of the same things in the same spot. Is it that hard? The person who designed the store was probably drunk and was quickly approaching his deadline. Your legs will ache before you can find one thing.

  Newly renovated branch. Design look is a big level up. They now have a reading area at the middle, although not sure if they will let you read books from their store. There are lesser books here, more of school supplies.

  Idk with these 1 and 2 star reviews. This branch is one of the best and biggest NBS branches out there. They also provide maps in the cashier. It can get a bit warm on the farthest area where they stock balikbayan boxes. There are also benches for customers inside. From the cinema, go down the escalator or stairs then turn right.

  It took me a lot of time to figure out where are the things i'm looking for even if I already asked the staffs. Had a little argument too so... poor service but nice place.
