::They were unorganized and loud. They kept talking badly about the customers. It hurts when they file and cut my nails. I witnessed 3 customers leave cause of not being attended to and one of those who left got the number of the manager/owner. The receptionist along wt a technician made up an excuse to get out of it if ever the unsatisfied customer did contact the manager/owner. The technician went to the front desk expecting the tip & looked at me badly when i did not give her anything. I would rather go to the Valero branch.

::the manager/boss was nice but one of her staffs that welcomed me was very rude and unprofessional. But the one who did my nails was super nice and friendly. You should train your staffs to be nice and act professionally with your customers.

::Quality Very bad! I will never come back to this salon. The nail tech who did my pedi finished the job in less than 30 minutes. Cuticles and dry skin still here and the nail polish was messy. According to the one who did my manicure, they shouldn’t devote more than 30 minutes for every manicure or pedicure. Obviously she was in a hurry coz there were still some clients waiting. CANS in ATC is still the best for me. My first and last in Nail It!!!!

::This is my first time having a paid for foot spar.. I was complemented on my white legs lol This legs are normal for a British man in September lol. As its my first foot spa and not knowing what to expect I was happy with the service. No complaints. No strange smells, there is a purifier on the wall above the main window, so i guess there may have been changes in the past. Staff friendly.

::Definitely my first and last visit! Tried this nail salon since waiting time in Let's face it is too long and this is just beside it. Since there are a lot of customers inside, might as well give it a try. Upon entering, I asked the receptionist if I have to wait or there is an available technician. Luckily there is an available one. She asked me the service and when I told her that it's pedicure, she asked if I'm willing to pay P280.00 (the way she asked was insulting). She told me to sit first and wait for the nail technician. I waited for 5 mins and the service took less than 20mins including the chitchats between the NT with the other NTs. First, I don't think that my nails are done well. She just sprayed a liquid or something to my nails then wiped it with a cloth and then used the pusher and nipper, and voila it's done! Second, the staff are always chatting with each other while doing the service. Third, the smell of the place itself will make you sick. they don't even use air purifier to eliminate the bad smell. Lastly, it's as if they are doing the service for the sake of getting it done, without adding dedication and passion to it. I understand that they may be tired, but a professional no matter how tired he/she is will still be a professional. I always believe that quality comes with the price but not for this one. Their service needs improvement. P.S This is my first review and I never usually do this. Apologies, it's just that I'm very disappointed. Hope this helps!
