::Elevators.very slow...staff.very.nice.but unaccomodating to things like a bathroom plunger...pool was a little dirty...the hotub was not in very good working condition...water was only luke warm and only one out of 12 jets worked and they allowed little babies in it...the workout room was not very equipped although very clean...they have a plumbing problem there for sure...

::Food preparation took some time. Quality of cooking not consistent with the previous same order. Previous one is better but the subsequent order is far off in quality. Different chef? No bidet in toilet or water dipper. But otherwise nice accomodation.

::Room and venue is superb. They have breastfeeding station. But restroom is soooo far from conference rooms.
