  Ordered last December and items did not arrive. Followed up in January thru email, but no reply. I called their customer service hotline and was informed that my order was cancelled, with no valid reason. They asked if I would consider re-ordering and of course, I said no. Already wasted my time waiting. Just today they replied to my e-mail, more than a month later, asking if someone already assisted me. WTH. Never getting from this online store because of their poor service. Never.

  i am a new customer here... i ordered galaxy tab A t585 last week (preorder)... then i paid the full price at 13920 thru dragonpay by cebuana lhuillier last saturdau, i contacted thier customer service they said it will arrive after 5 days, so i thought it would be here by friday, then when i paid only dragon pay confirmed my payment no emails from the company itself... then after two days i emailed them.saying thwy cant commit by friday so they said refund can be possible so.they asked me my bank account and all but and siad they process only at thursday that day was a tuesday february 6, but then i kept on asking them if it was done, no reply ever since, so my money? i dont know where it went, if this is what this company is doing to make money then i dont know...

  Last nov i ordered here the gopro hero 5 including memory card,case,transparent pole,battery and antifog. Before I order ,they ask me if the antifog can be late because they dont have stock and then i said its ok. But until now the antifog is still out of stock everytime I ask an update they will just answer they will update me if the item is already availble. The service is really bad because they dont have the exact date when will it be available. Its really disappointing because I need to wait but I dont know until when.👎👎👎👎

  good day sir inquire po sana ng universal EPROM copyer and programing all set with programs cd and any kind of socket available. if merun po kayu sir pa puntahan ko po for pick up or pa delever pko ako sa tao na andyn sa pinas, pabalik na po kasi yung tao n pbilhin ko from abrod let me knw the price po salamat. pahingi po ng email ninyu. thanks
