  Common CR is dirty. Rooms are always in a mess, aircons doesn't provide that cool sensation. You get what you pay.

  Lived here for four years and counting. Rent is cheap and the place itself is tolerable for people with unbelievably low standards with regards to their living quarters such as myself. Staff is amiable, most of the time. And its location is great for students that attend schools along the ubelt.
