  We booked a hotel room here for a guest and had a very poor experience to say the least. The hotel staff was very undertrained and extremely ignorant about everything. We booked the room online through a reputable third party website, and were told by the hotel that our booking didn't exist in their system. Everytime we had a question over the phone, even about something simple, we had to be placed on hold so the person could check with their supervisor. They ended up charging our guest for a night for which we had already paid. Our guest had to check out of the hotel a day early, but we had already paid for the following day, and they refused to issue a refund for a night on which our guest would not even be there anymore. All in all, it was a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.
