  People are accomodating. The things this one lack are: more TV cable coverage like HBO or Fox movies, and bathroom AND room hanger/ hooks. Good thing this one has a heater unlike other hotels.

  Room are old and rusty, tiles in the room assigned are coming out of piles and moves when u step on its but the location is nice and near to food areas..staff are always smiling at helpful

  The room is ok for a one night stay. We booked here because all hotels near the van terminal are full.Not really a good and safe place for children. If you purchased food at their restaurant and you wanna take it to your room, they will charge you extra. The front desk staff was busy babysitting and the guard was baby sitting too in their working hours(they take turns). Hallways are dirty, lots of trash and junks and if you wanna take the stairs there are a lot of water gallons on your way. Junks everywhere. We tried to sit on the couch of the living room/front desk/restaurant however they call that but there are few unnattended empty beer bottles and really messy.

  This pension house is located in the heart of Cebu City. It's very cheap, good service and with nice food.

  There were 2 cockroaches and tiny bugs in the room. Smell was horrible at night, but fine during the day. Everything else was fine. Comfy bed, good water pressure, hot water, elevator. Service was good. Location was pretty central. Can walk from ferry (30 minutes). Maybe higher floors are better. We were on the 3rd floor.
