  Worth it place for a free breakfast, the rooms are so clean and affordable and they really make you feel at home.

  Rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely recommend this to my friends who are looking for an affordable yet very comfortable place to crash when in Manila.

  Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff courteous and knowledgeable. Property is within short walk to major commercial establishments and Bustillos market. National university grade school and high school is next door. Free breakfast. Near bus stations going north. UST is within short walk.

  The place is more than acceptable to stay in its neat and clean. The staff from the guards, house keeping and front desk are courteous. And the best is, it's very affordable!
