  I'm a person with a disability. The first time I went to this place, they immediately offered a wheelchair. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I went there to have their merienda buffet, which was exquisite. It's a good place to gather with friends on a lazy afternoon.

  The place is near to the big commercial centers and malls. It has fast wifi connection and offers good food everyday in their restaurant. Other bonus is that they also have free gym and a place to store your things after you check out (forgot what is called).

  The hotel is decent and well kept. Didn't have any major problems with my stay here. The bathroom is a bit of a tight fit for someone my size (I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 195 pounds). The buffet is okay. Food I ordered at the cafê was not to my satisfaction given the price. They could improve more on the taste of their food.

  Great area, great staff, and great room. 2 bedroom suite tower 2. Only downside was the lack of flexibility on a simple matter; we ordered some stuff from the roomservice menu and wanted some toast and jam extra but they could not provide it as it was not on the menu. Just put 2 slices of bread in the toaster and it would've made us happy.

  Room is spacious. Dated but well refurbished and quite comfortable. But there is poor attention to detail. Our kettle was not working, air con was noisy and front desk and housekeeping were relatively indifferent. I wouldn't stay there longer than a day or two...resolving piddly room issues is not worth the trouble. A shame though. This place could be so much better without a lot of effort.
