  Excellent after-sales service. Booking necessary to maximize benefit of good service, although they also accept walk-in clients.

  I am really disappointed that the unit that they released to me is a vehicle with defects. I guess the people from Quality Control did not do their job to inspect the unit thoroughly before releasing it to their clients. The defects were not that obvious that I was not able to notice them immediately when I was receiving the unit. A chipped-paint in the steering wheel and a long dent on the roof. Maybe because I was getting the unit late in the afternoon and the place was not well lit. I only got to see those defects the following day when I had a chance to inspect the unit thoroughly in our house. I am just so disappointed that I paid for a brand new unit and what they give me is a vehicle that immediately needs repairs (which I was not at fault) even before it left Ford Global City. They did the repairs after two weeks and as expected the result was not satisfactory.

  Staff are not properly trained especially their concierge. They don't know what they are doing at all!
