::First time to order at Foodpanda and I was really disappointed! I haven't noticed that there is a date option as to when will it be delivered and as a newbie, I didn't know plus I am hungry so I am focused on the foods that I want to order. When I received the confirmation, it says that my order will be delivered the day after the day I ordered. I immediately searched your contact number or customer service but to my surprise, you don't have any contact number and I've searching for 30 minutes but I couldn't see it!!!!! What the heck! 😠ðŸ˜

Jay Winter There are so many negative reviews on here, but I order food for my partner who is currently in the philippines all the time, and every single time she gets it, complete and still hot. I rate 5 stars and will continue to buy from them aslong as they keep up the service! ::Bad scheme. My order was cancelled without proper notice. I pre ordered our meal around 8 am...only to be cancelled around 11:07. We waited for hours hoping that we can have our lunch delivered (because you can select them -- hence, my understanding is that it is available). Not reliable.

::In the past few months I have never experienced receiving any of my orders on time, and in most cases they would even run up to over one hour late. The issue is always the same - not enough drivers. JUST.. HIRE.. MORE... DRIVERS!!! You are losing reputation and money on all the orders that are cancelled due to this, so why aren't you taking action? Food options are good though. Now you just have to learn how to deliver it..

::Ordered food a day in advance. Called the restaurant & followed up with FP early morning. After 1.5 hrs from the ETA, no sign of food and was told that no rider to deliver. If such event, why cant they suggest any alternative instead of asking just to wait. Order is from overseas for Philippine clients. Had to cancel as the clients already left. Expecting some initiative from both merchants. Prefer a no star rating
