  Called the main number, the only one available on the website. Was looking to put a quick question to someone in Consular Services. A question about passport renewal not addressed on the website (that I could find). The menu prompts are a nightmare, clearly designed to make it as difficult as possible to speak to a live body. Eventually, I figured it out. When I did, the service was 5-star. Phone answered immediately and the person well-informed, pleasant, and clearly desirous of being helpful.
