  The room rates are very affordable. I love the dorm type room. It houses the entire family members. Great food and the location is quite and very accessible to transportations.

  Of all the budget hotels I've been to in Cebu City, this definitely is a gem! Told my friends to try East Capitol Pensionne when they come over to Cebu -- it would be worth their while.

  Near Cebu Doctor's & Chong Hua Hospitals, dining and entertainment places along Escario St., Very accessible to public transportation.

  The ambiance is good. Good for seminars to 20 pax.
