  Parking : Difficult on weekends especially during mass ( Immaculate Conception church in front ). Was lucky got one slot out of 3 slots during this schoolday visit. Pdt Availability : Tuna Bunwich not available. Variety of donuts available (visit was at 9am). Coffee not that hot. Crew: 2 personnel at this hour was just right . Speed: 4 Bunwich orders took 15 minutes Others: Seating for 10. Aircon -cool
