  Hi, It was my wedding 5 days ago. I paid in cash 2 months ago. I probably had 3-5 meetings with the florist including ocular to discuss my preference specifically. On the wedding day, it turned out that they did completely opposite of what we discussed. Moreover, the flowers were wilted plus they gave us funeral flowers. Very disappointing. Now my mother is trying to get a refund. Poor service!
