  ang bastos nmn ng sumasagot sa landline !!!! magiinquire lang kung mkasagot nmn kala mo hndi customer yung kausap !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I woke up at 4pm, the first thing that I thought of was having a hair color that matches my skin tone and hair type. I chose Cut Encarnacion because that was the nearest salon to our house. I was asked what hair color would I prefer to and I point it on their book. One of the staffs approached me and suggest me this hair color that is I think beyond my hair color expectations, I thought that color was too blonde for me, the staff explained it to me and so he convinced me its like "it's now or never.." haha! The color was then applied and I was so nervous what would be the result. I waited for an hour, I almost fell asleep since I'm not into salon, they got my hair washed and then blow dry, and voila!!! That was the perfect hair color that I've been dreaming of! Hahaha! Everyone loves my hair color. Thank you to that staff! 😂😂😂 The negative side was that the salon's room temperature was hot, I feel like I'm in a sauna, "tiis ganda" as they say, haha! But still thanks! I'll still go there sometimes and have my messy hair done! 😉😉

  Very poor ang service i just called a few minutes ago , I am so disappointed sa receptionist walang respect yung pgsagot towards the customer, seems like yung kausap nya parang tambay/kaibigan nya lng she doesn't even know how to say ma'am/sir or thank you, walang gana kausap. I want to have my rebond and hair color at their branch since i tried the haircut with one of their staff, last sunday nahila lng ako ng friend ko ang ganda ng gupit so i decided to call and ask the prices tapos yun lng ang sasagot saken how unfortunate, is that because you only have a small branch at tutuban so your staff specifically the receptionist is just taking their phone calls like easy as ABC ? Hoping for you immediate action regarding this matter. Thank you very much!

  Almost perfect. I like the service and how the hair color blends on my hair but the hair dresser did not follow the photo that I've shown him for my hair cut. That made me disappoint.
