::To say that this bagel has cream cheese is an insult. Coffee is just ok, service is mediocre to say the least. Banging on the ceiling due to construction, and really??? The f*%$ing creamcheese???

::CBTL has been one of my more favorite cafes to do research and complete admin work. It's general peaceful in the sense that other guests are there for the same purpose. One aspect to improve on is the consistency of keeping stocks of key ingredients available (especially for promotional items!). Other than this, you would have to commend the service crew for being friendly and efficient in their duties.
