::A great place to sing and hang out with friends. They have set packages that make decision making easier. They also have a wide array of song selections--from 80s ballads to even the latest pop songs. Place has been around for quite a while so it it does not give a crisp and new vibe. However, it still does a great job especially if you just want to hang out and sing.

::Its my fisrt time to be here, the place is wonderfull largest kareoke ive ever seen that gokd for 20 to 30 people. Our company just spend our quarterly team building we choose this place as majority of the team loves to sing, aside from large screen for videoke there is a piano and a billard table sure for the videoke lovers out threre tey it with your team. 😊

::Worst ever! I'm not sure if the rude lady who works there is telling the truth that they don't have a song book or just too lazy to accommodate us properly. We've been calling them several times to the point that I went to their front desk (twice) to order food there and the rude lady just said that someone will come to our room. Moments after that nobody came! To our disappointment, we went to the front desk and complain. Instead of being attentive they were very rude! So we walked out, without paying; we didn't last long BTW, only 25 minutes if my memory serves me well! Attached here is the actual room, they provide fresh microphone cover to make up with the nasty smell of their room! We went to music 21 BTW after walking out. It's cheaper there and room smells better.

::We had our Chinese New Year after party celebration here. Service is very fast. I think there were 2 or 3 staff serving us and they were very approachable too. Food is great, I enjoyed every plate served to us and the serving portion is worth the price. With the drink, I did not get to taste the cocktails but my officemates said that they were good. The room is dim lit, just perfect for a karaoke setting and ac is working perfectly too. Im giving this review 4 stars only to still give room for improvement but overall, experience is great.
