::WARNING!! To everyone trying to pay their utilities (skyskycable/maynilad ) to this branch, pay at your own risk! I had a very bad experience last February 2018. I made may payment through this branch , tendered my money for the exact amount which was 1,600 for skycable & 1,121 for maynilad , got the receipts and went my way . I usually checked my receipts before heading off but for that particular moment , I didn't . A week later , I got a call from sky cable saying that I paid only 1,000 pesos and that I needed to settle the remaining balance of 600. I was shocked! I even argued with the representative by saying she was wrong and that the amount reflected on their system was wrong since I was so sure I paid the exact amount for 1,600. (I always set aside the budget for these stuff monthly) I looked for my receipt and to my surprise, the representative was right. The amount paid was for 1,000! Should I go to the same branch and demand the amount exactly paid ? What evidence do i have? CCTV? A week has passed! It will be my words against theirs! And im at the disadvantage since all the receipts were intelligently made to reflect different amounts! They will mixed the receipts. In my case, the receipt supposed to be for sky will be attached to your water bill (provided you give them the statement of account , just like me ) and the water bill receipt to your sky SOA . No trace of any illegalities or fraud since the receipts reflected nothing else. You tendered the exact amount of money reflected on your bills payment. Even showed them the statement. They received the same amount of money .Issued you a receipt for an amount lesser than the amount tendered. Clean work. Clean work ! Next thing you know, 600 pesos was lost in the process! !! No proof to show you tendered differently ! ! I always admire cebuana pawn shop for their prompt and convenient money transfer but now ,with this kind of experience , I'd better check another modes of paying my bills ! Or avoid this branch ! Im very frustrated ! Dissatisfied! Someone should do some background check to their employees ! Lots and lots of people will suffer ! Very unprofessional!
