  Worst customer service. I called them to inquire about a car that I would rent for a month as an incentive for my staff. A man in an arrogant voice shouted at me over the phone and told me why I am asking so many questions. I don't understand why there are companies like this which doesn't realize the the customer is their boss and the reason for their existence. What a shame!

  I trust in the agency for rent a car but when i take a cab for come we don't see agency, no indication on the street, taxi driver ask to many person on the street but nobody know this agency. Personal doesn't answer at phone and email... never again !

  Great! For the past ten years, I've been availing their services everytime I visit Cebu whether for business trip or for pleasure with my family. I am very much impressed with the quality of their vehicles and their friendly amiable staff.

  The worst customer service EVER. We have been renting cars from this company for a long time and there has been no problem until recently. All was well when the car was delivered, no problems at all. It all started when we were in the middle of our trip, at the tip of Cebu, when suddenly the aircon started to malfunction. At times, it's working, at other times, it isn't. Surprisingly, when we are about to return the car, the aircon was functioning very well. But that's not the main problem. A week after the car has been returned, we decided to inform the owner about our experience with their car, not to demand for anything, but to help them improve their service. Instead of being sorry for the inconvenience, a certain woman from this company seemed to be annoyed and told us: "We don't see any problem with our cars, they are all casa-maintained. There's no reason for us to apologize. If you are not satisfied with our service, we can always recommend you to our friend companies such as GUANI RENT A CAR, HERTz, AVIS or SAFE RIDE." A good customer service must have a great work ethic, and has willingness to do what needs to be done.

  Rented from company many times for over a year. They deliver can to my location, arrange pick up and airport drop off, loweat price I can ever find, always prompt and profeasional. Very adjustable when I have to change my arrangements. They are SUPPER !!!!
