  Great food, especially the Chicken Pastel. I just text their cell number and they reply with confirmation. Never had a bad experience with them.

  The food I ordered to be delivered on Jan. 25, 2018 at 3pm did not arrive. It took 4 calls for them to say they delivered it to another place to another person. The people answering the phone didnt care if I made my officemates wait for nothing. I had to order from somewhere else. CCME Staff are consistent with their unfriendly tone and we only ordered because of the food. This one is really unprofessional!!! Their management should consider terminating these people and automating the ordering process. Or hire a call center that wont take orders by writing it down on a piece of paper.

  Thank you for not showing up with our orders for our family post-holiday get-together. CCME confirmed with our order for 12 pm but no delivery arrived, no message of explanation came from CCME. Very unprofessional.

  No one picks up the phone. And when you try to check the store in person, consider yourself lucky if you spot that 1ft CCME signage posted by the entrance. On the upside, the food tasted OK. And their prices will surely give most caterers a good run for their money.

  Nobody answers the phone when you call. Their website where you can register is not working and even worse is not secure.
