  Bad service i open a new account and called to follow up someone answered and ask me to call the number that i havent even have the chance to write down coz she drop the call...also i went there to process something and the manager is not helpful at all worst service from bpi i ever had sorry but bpi should check how bad the manager in this branch!

  Worst service ever. Can't & won't answer or explain any of customers questions and concerns. Releases false report regarding customer's complaint on CAM transaction.

  Very very very poor service!!!!!!!! Staff are not consistent!! They say something while on the phone yet they dont do it when you are already on the branch!!! Bullshit kind of service!!

  While this branch has an express deposit machine, it'd be nice if they can add more bank tellers to shorten wait time for other transactions.
