  Upon entering the premises, I noted the sudden change in temperature. I asked one of the barista whether it is really warm inside. He just gave me a very short answer of YES, without explaining. Since I am in a need of place to work, and theirs is barely filled compared to the competition, I decided to stay. I went to the cashier to order, the guy was in a far gaze without paying attention to me. I waited until he was ready to take my order. I asked for the sizes of their drink and he gave me a confused look. I repeated my request and he replied with S, M, L without showing me. So I asked again, still giving me the confused look, until he obliged albeit unwillingly. I think he is not trained to handle customers.
