  Decent play to stay near P Burgos St. The rooms are big and there is stove, cable TV, shower, water heater and utensils in most rooms. Rooms come with a balcony area and a pretty big closet. The biggest problem here is the WIFI. Make sure you ask the staff to give you a "router" and not the pocket WIFI. Pocket WIFI is only good for mobile phones, not laptops. There is a 711 location downstairs next to the building for added convenience. It's very quiet at night and you can get a good night's sleep. Good value for your money and would stay there again.

  The handle to the kitchen sink was broken off...So you had to use a napkin to operate. The toilet seat was falling off...And the toilet leaked..Holes in the bed sheets...Frig was in need of being replaced...But you can't beat the location...That is why I put up with the other stuff...And the Security guys are the best...Had fun here ...Aloha

  Cheap, but 2 stars. Rooms sometimes a bit smelly, seen some bugs, no real wifi. Unless you're on a serious budget, consider Durban Hotel or others. Lots of shady folks stay here.

  .. conveniently located in one of the buziest area of Makati , where pubs , bars and sexy girly shows are highlights..🙄🙄☺
