  So disappointed. I will definitely NOT recommend this branch to my friends. I usually dont do reviews, as a matter of fact this is my first time. The service was very bad, sobrang nadisappoint ako kasi maayos naman usually ang services ng banahaw heals. Walang kapressure pressure yung kamay nung masahista na napunta sakin, parang hinihimas nya lang yung likod ko. Parang nagmamadali syang matapos lang. I hope makarating sa management yung tungkol dito para magawan nila ng paraan, mababait pa naman yung mayari. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

  To sum up my experience here, unforgettable, unforgettably the worst massage spa. Please, just go to another place. It felt like my attendant was hurrying it up just to finish. No pressure on massage, as if they do not care about customer satisfaction. As of date, this is the first time i have posted a review. Just imagine why.
