  ACE Hardware declines mandatory warranty after letting us wait for two days!!! ACE sells -via vendors- China Bathroom Furniture but when the parts have a manufacturers defects, ACE is hiding behind the vendor and allows the vendor to decline all warranty. They can't or don't want to settle the issue on the spot and refer to a guy that we don't know nor have ever seen him. This unknown Vendor shall decide if u believe what they say. Naturally that vender says quickly no. Did he even see the fault or did he hear what happened? I guess that is not needed for him. That is not ACE Hardware that I know from abroad. I guess that is just the Philippines version of ACE. This is outrageous. Filipinos - you are too nice to companies like that. No warranty is a common practice here. But it is neither right nor allowed. They even told us we are not the first customers with exactly the same problem. If you buy there and have a problem you are faced with a friendly but useless blah blah of deflection. No one is technical there to understand even remotely the matter at hand. All kids with low salary I guess. What can u get for 500Peso a day? I am very very disappointed​ and dissatisfied with their service. ACE is bad. Maybe because they are owned by "The (lying) good guys". Sad sad...

  No answer on telephone, pati sa email nila walang nagbabasa. Ipapapalit ko sana yung phone na binili ko, sa tatlong phone isa lang ang gumagana. Nakakadismaya. Pati yung service nila, kapag nagpaassist ka magtuturuan pa yung mga crew. Yung mag aassist sayo hindi pa alam yung binibenta nila, pagnagtanong sya sa kasama nea hindi rin alam sabay simangot at dedma. Di ko alam kung ako lang nakaexperience nito, baka pag foreigner yung customer accomodating sila. Not a happy customer.
