  Poor Customer Service via (02) 441 1451. I called to inquire about their akari light bulb just now. As per the person who takes my call, he will just hold me for a moment and he will endorse me to Akari Sales Assistant. I have waited too long and eventually the call hangs up. My God! Nakaka-disappoint.

  Their cashiers have the habit of not giving the exact change. If you have a 25 centavos change and you won't proactively ask for it, then none will be given to you. The staff are helpful enough and the store keeps a wide selection of hardware brands. Their management though needs improvement. When they had promos, they did not post the winners and I had to advise DTI before they took action.
