  Their is inconsistency in terms of customer service relation. There was an occassion when a staff was in bad mood "unaccomodating" but many times they do their job well. You know when you are at work and especially dealing with different people everyday and your assigned in frontline, you have to learn how to fake your emotions. And if u can't then just don't go work. In that way no negative energies are transferres to customers. Make sense right?
