  Brought my car at TQA. When u call to inquire about status of your car nobody gives you inform. Texted the person in charge he doesnt even reply. Very very very very poor service!!!!!!!!!!

  After a couple of bad experiences with employees who didn't care, I went there again to ask for help on stencil for insurance. First guy I talked to was clueless. 2nd guy is kind but was not helpful. I finally approached a service advisor who is kind to accommodate me and did the stencil for me at no charge. I can clearly see that there is a serious problem with their attitude and mentality that became the culture of the entire dealership. Because of the service advisor, my faith in this dealership was restored a little bit.

  The place is clean and spacious. The staff are nice and polite.

  Everything was ok until cupholder was missing. Dash cams required to be removed.

  Poor service the agent geneva venil asked me to deposit a reservation fee of 10k i chose not to continue the purchase she said (thru fb messenger aasikasuhin nya/ iprocess ang refund ko) days asfter i followed up now shes telling me na aq mismo pumunta sa branch prior to that may mga messages kami na tila aq pa pinagagalitan nya dhil di kmi tutuloy sa pagkuha i have screenshots to prove that ... i am not recommending this agent to anyone VERY POOR SERVICE
