  Best Toyota dealer so far. Available vehicles can be readily viewed on the upper floor.

  My sister and brother in law went shopping at SM city Cebu a few days after we arrived for our most awaited vacay. My brother in law complained about driving a manual transmission vehicle ..... complained about his foot hurting every time he shifts gear. We happened to see on display in the lobby of the mall a Toyota fortuner SUV. Because he had already Toyota male vehicle he was curious and inquired. Spoke with a female sales rep. received a little info and decided to set up a store appointment to get some detail. We were impressed with the showroom and the accommodations by the staff. My brother in law was thrilled and was willing to trade in his Isuzu crosswind which he had made some expensive upgrades. The arrangement was for him to trade in his vehicle and add some cash for the down payment. They applied for a loan through his bank and some arrangements were set for the TRADE IN. A few days later we waited and waited for the respond from the car dealership for the results if the deal went through and has to hold activities and trips outside of the city until we hear from the dealership. We heard later that the loan did not go through. Since our days were go so fast, the decision to purchase a new car was dropped. My brother in law went to the dealership and expressed his desire not to pursue any transactions. Unfortunately, we gave the original vehicle registration and one of the duplicate key to the supposed trade in vehicle. The dealership had told us that the vehicle had been sold and was bought by someone. “What ???. There was no deal why they sold the vehicle when the transaction did not go through plus there was no trade in. It sucks...we felt cheated by this dealership.no one even informed us. They went ahead and sold the vehicle without letting us know. That was for a trade in deposit. We trusted this dealership and there business but until now. We felt violated. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

  Newly constructed 3-storey showroom, with massage place and a cool Cafe. The top floor is for private veiwing of VIP Customers. Cafe's name is Stefan's. Cool place to dine or just have a cup of coffee. They serve huge cuts of Steak, beef and pork equally succulent. Worth a visit :)

  The service people are very friendly and courteous. I have an old Toyota and had it serviced recently at Toyota Mabolo. Got the best service experience thus far as compared the other casa where I used to have my car serviced.
