Impressed by the hotels gym facilities, although the hotel room was the standard room, i felt the hotel amenities could use a revamp inside the rooms rather than a lick of paint. Was bitten like crazy by mosqitoes inside the room and the amenities in the apartment felt reused when some should of been replaced. It held its 3.5 stars due to the price. 3.5 stars

It is still a pretty cozy place to stay. The rooms are still well maintained though a little dated. Some beds already sag just a little bit and best if they are replaced. The pool area is still very good. The frontdesk staff were really efficient and professional even during pre-booking stages and during our stay. The breakfast area definitely need to be bigger though.

Budget friendly hotel, not to mention its proximity to malls, restaurants and many more. Staff are friendly and facilities are good. Kudos!

Well this is a nice place to stay, there are a few things to take into account. Firstly, you will get charged for your calls. That was not explained to me or and any of the details that I found. The overall cost for the calls was only 100 Philippine pesos which isn't too bad. Another thing that concerned me was that the room had tiny black ants that would show up. While ants are a pretty common thing I was on the 21st floor not the ground floor. Another concern is parking. At one point of my stay there was a night where there was no parking with the exception of a paid parking spot instead of a complementary. Luckily the front desk was able to get that squared away and we didn't have to pay for parking. Apparently they share the parking with another building so be sure to reserve a spot. The security guard was a bit rude. He had a bit of a superiority complex. Beyond those concerns, my stay was pretty fantastic. Everyday the room was cleaned and the room was resupplied for two people with water, towels, and dining wares. One thing to know is that if you are doing additional travels that if you do not use your key that day when you come back the following day have the front desk reactivate your key. It will have been deactivated. The front desk personnel are fantastic. Friendly and fast people to work with and very kind. The room is pretty big. I was able to stay there with my fiance and we had plenty of room. The room came with a rice cooker, two pans, a knife that had tape on the handle to hold it together, a water kettle, and a stove top with two burners Electric. Also included was a fire extinguisher and a safe. The bed was pretty stiff. For me that was good but for others that may not suit their needs. There is a TV with cable though I did not use it very often. There are 3 prong plugs on both sides of the bed. Also there are numerous two-prong. All of them work with the American plug standard. For the bathroom, toilet paper was included and it was a dual flush toilet seat and no bidet. The shower leaked a bit and the door was a bit hard too close on the shower. The placement of the towels was in the rear of the shower, so don't aim the shower too high. Also be careful because the hot water does not last too long. All in all, my stay was quite Pleasant. The breakfasts were not the best, the bread was often hard but tasty. The bacon the same. But the fruit was delicious. The eggs were runny and the coffee was on the weak side. The selection shuffles a bit day to day. And the service in the breakfast area is fantastic as well. I would rate this place a 4 of 5 stars. Although there were many downsides that I mentioned as well as heavy traffic around the area, the local malls are nearby one by the name of podium and the other by SM Mall. So a small walk can take you far much easier then driving. The AC unit worked fantastically. So keep all those things in mind and pay them a visit. It was a cost-effective place to stay with quite a bit of features including a nice pool and a smoking area at the top.
