    Their store has great ambiance. Like other stores, it is very clean, neat and gives an overall classy feel. They also have a very accommodating store staff.

    I bought here a fjallraven kaken it a very low price nagtaka nga ako bakit ganun ka mura but my son really like to have one, so sad when i had it compare to my friends son so obvious mine was really fake and tthe quality of the bag i can tell..

    Its just so sad they sell fake items. We bought a longchamp bag from them, its the Sakura Black type and found out that longchamp only released it under 2 colors.. navy blue and white.. since we bought this under their damaged bags not to sure if we can still returns this.. really sad that people still conduct business just to deceive others..

    I did not know The Bagmaster replied to my review. I appreciate the effort but your claims are incorrect. 1. It was not indicated on the photo from which I based my order that the product was a sample sale. 2. You offered to show the receipt from Kipling but you did not send it. I was waiting for it. 3. You did not grant my refund request right away I had to argue with your people first and had to file a complaint to DTI. You were never accommodating in fact the two ladies I talked to clearly don't have any idea how to handle complaints. I could hear them questioning each other and passing the phone. They were rude as well. 4. I am a hard to please customer? Is this how you treat your clients? I've been ordering products from different online sellers and kayo lang ang mahirap kausap. I have a Kipling bag brown at kung ikukumpara sa binigay ninyo sa akin SOBRANG MAGKAIBA. 5. I emailed Longchamp at may mga bags kayo na wala naman sa official list nila so what do you want me to think and conclude? From Longchamp after I sent a picture your Victoire in teal: Please know that the Victoire collection has been discontinued for a few years now. The photo you sent us is most likely a fake bag. We never make this collection anymore and it never came in this color as well. For your safety please do not shop with this retailer as it appears that they are selling fake Longchamp products. From Longchamp after I sent a photo of Neo Embroidered: As mentioned in our previous email with you, Bagmaster is not affiliated nor authorized to sell Longchamp products. Please refrain form shopping at these places, they can claim as much as they want that they are selling authentic Longchamp products but that does not guarantee the authenticity of their merchandise. Our collection Le Pliage Neo was NEVER made with embroidery. From Longchamp after I sent a photo of Black Year of the Horse bag: The other photo you sent was for the Year of the Horse bag which was only sold exclusively by Bloomingdales at a limited time period, it was never sold anywhere else. 6. I also compared the bags you sell and ang daming pagkakaiba. Same design name but different ang hitsura? Meron bang ganoon? 7. I used my private facebook account but you blocked me. So i have to use another account to ask you about the authenticity of your bags. 8. I never said all your products are fake but I can say the one I received was a KNOCK OFF. With the way you handled my complaint and how you responded to my review clearly shows you do not care for your clients. Makabenta lang. I've been in client support business for 9 years now pero never akong nambastos ng client. I shouldve known sana naniwala ako sa mga posts about The Bagmaster sa forum. How dare you to accuse me of such things. Kayo ang mga bastos dahil pinagpasa pasahan ako ng mga tauhan ninyo. Definitely bad business. You implied so many things personal instead of clearing up the issues about my complaint and the authenticity of the items you sell. Your attacks are personal and below the belt. I used my private FB account but you blocked me when I asked details about the authenticity of your items. I am not a troll you know this because you received info about me on my DTI complaint. Can I lie about my name and address sa DTI? I even sent them the receipt.

    Items are high replica/class a/oem and are NOT AUTHENTIC/ORIGINAL obvious na nga they just keeps on denying it i mean why tell na original sya eh hindi nga....
