  Pretty decent hotel if you need a place to crash at a cheaper rate. Some may not like toilets that doesn't have any bidet or the bathroom not having any locks unless you're staying with your significant partner

  I needed a place to sleep in, in Makati, that didn't cost so much but was still comfortable. This place was a good choice. It doesn't look like much on the outside and the lobby is only a hair better but the room we got was surprisingly roomy, clean and well-designed. It had its own AC unit, a big one that kept the room at the temp we lived and, surprise, the room had a nice, big, bathtub. I was too tired to run a warm bath and just hit the sack but I intend to try this hotel again next time. The location of the place is also great because it's right beside the Greenbelt Residences so you can cross over to get to the original Greenbelt Mall in a few minutes. One thing though: we got a room in the second floor next to the road (Pasay Road, across Greenbelt Residences) and yes, you can hear the traffic on the road. But, traffic noise is white noise to me and helps me sleep. So I slept well enough. Parking is limited, first-come first-served. The next time I have business in Makati I'll be sure to try this place out, as long as they have parking for my car.

  There were multiple stains on our sheets and we asked them to be changed late at night. Won't stay here again!

  Crews are very accomodating and hospitable and nice rooms as well. Value for money!

  The E hotel has a lot of potential. It is directly across the street from Greenbelt Mall and within a couple minute walk of landmark. For the price it is a good value. However the carpets in our room were so dirty that are feet would turn black if we walked on them in socks or without sandals. The bathroom is very strangely designed. The water from the shower has nowhere to go but to spill onto the floor off the lip of the bathtub. They put a metal strip on the floor to channel the water towards the drain. The sink also does not always drain into the sink but onto the counter which also drains onto the floor. Not a big deal just something to be aware of. If you don't mind the quirks and the dirty carpet it is in a excellent location and a great value for the price.
