  So here's the situation bakit 1 star lang ang rate ko. I just arrived from my 7 hours trip from Bacolod-Cebu to catch my 3am flight to Manila. When I decided to visit this massage spa, when I'm inside the spa the receptionist is quite accomodating, but when I started to lay in bed and wanted to have a good rest and relax there's this staff na kung makapag usap eh parang wala silang mga customers. SOBRANG LAKAS NG MGA boses. Sinita sila ng therapist ko (which I forgot the name), instead na hinaan ang boses parang nagalit pa ata kung bat sinita at ayun patuloy parin sa pag iingay ni ate. After my 90 mins. massage the noise didn't stop which makes me feel more tired instead na ma relax. Nung nasa counter na ako dun ko na nakita si ateng na malaki boses na mukhang mataray I think she's one of the therapist too. I tried to complain but I guess ayaw niyang pinagsasabihan siya. Kaya para siyang wlang pake. According to my therapist sabi nya dami na daw mga guest nag rereklamo dahil sa ingay. Sana naman management pagsabihan niyo mga staff niyo. Everything is fine, the price, the place, the therapist I've encountered EXCEPT lang talaga sa noise which is dapat control niyo lalo na massage spa. Yun lang.
