  Stay away! They lost my wedding shirt, and didn't even try to look for it until 3 weeks after (no wonder they couldn't find it). The lower level staff are all untrained. The management is completely unprofessional, unethical and arrogant. They took no responsibility, and accused me of lying. Then to top it off, they said they would only compensate me if I agreed to help them file a legal case against one of their managers (who incidentally promised me a refund for the dry cleaning, which they never gave)! Really, really sad company. Stay away!

  They were doing well until my things began to go missing. I've lost about 6 pcs of clothing along with an entire blanket and they refuse to take responsibility for it. They tell me that their count is complete coming in and going out like it's the final word. So what about my missing items? Even the branch owner won't take responsibility. This is the trouble with this kind of business. They buy rights to a franchise then take zero responsibility and will not honor theor own rules. It's unfair. Just hire a labandera to come to your place. It provides a job and less chances for lost things. These people who own and work for laundry service establishments don't know how to conduct business responsibly.
