  I've just completed my balayage hair at this place. The end result was good with colours and style, however I've given this place a low rating due to their poor customer service. Originally I saw the Makati branch had good reviews but due to my location I chose this place because it was closer. However after 4.5hrs of waiting, the senior stylist and his co-worker didn't appear very friendly and customer friendly. While sitting, they would speak tagalog and they assumed I couldn't understand at first and said some things during the process which were impolite. Plus during the process and finish, they just disappeared without a comment or conversation. I also thought they didn't communicate properly throughout the process. The day before, I booked my appointment for balayage and treatment however on the day they only did balayage and didn't tell me I didnt have treatment until they were asked during the payment. I believe that this place needs to improve on their customer service and hospitality as during my hair treatment I felt very uncomfortable. As a reputable place, I expected more friendly and a professional friendly environment, but this did not happen.

  When I'm in Manila, I always make sure to visit this place for a haircut. The staff is always helpful and friendly and would always make me feel comfortable. The salon is always clean and is well lit. They have a variety of awesome hair care stuff for sale there as well. The salon is located on the floor of the parking lot, so it is not on ground level, so to speak. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if you want to park near the salon, but if you are open to walking a couple of minutes, you should be able to find parking in the other parking buildings.
